We’re fully open for business!
Thanks to all those who helped make this possible…
So, as you’ll know, we took over The Cat’s Whiskers at the end of November last year, with massive plans for modernisation, renovation and refurbishment to enhance the cattery experience. We went straight into a very busy Christmas, which meant work couldn’t start until the New Year. And then it did, in earnest! If you’ve been following our social posts and blogs on the website, you’ll have read about some of the renovations and refurbishments we’ve been doing.
We’ve been sawing, cutting, drilling, painting, cleaning every spare minute. And we’re now pleased and proud to say that the newly extended pens, all 12 of them, will be ready to receive your furry friends by Easter.
So this is a very big ‘thank you’ to our customers, suppliers, and tradespeople for all your support and hard work over the last 3 months. To our customers, both existing and new, for bearing with us during the renovations and for being so supportive of our efforts. It’s really gratifying to hear all the nice things you’re saying about the cattery.
To the guys at 4 Wire in Outwell, who were responsible for the extensions to the pens and the new roof and have made a fabulous job of them.
To Neil Whicker Electrical Services in Downham Market, and especially Kieran, who have sorted out an ancient electrical system, speedily, professionally and always with good humour.
To Dave Barrett at Nine-Circles Design for our lovely new website, signage, and stationery.
To Dave & Sue Bates for designing some lovely condolence cards for us for when you sadly lose one of your furry friends.
Would also like a special thank you to Jane and Peter Barr who have supported us and worked tirelessly to get the renovations completed and their help and guidance has been invaluable. We could not have done it without them.
None of what we’ve achieved would have been possible without your help, support and encouragement, so a huge, massive ‘thank you’ all round.
And speaking of Easter – we’re so very nearly full, so if you’re having a last minute break, get in touch now – we just might be able to squeeze you in!
