Deposits and Cancellations…
We posted recently about introducing deposits and cancellation charges.
We’d like to thank all of you who took the time to respond with your views. The votes have been counted and you universally supported the idea. We’ve been thinking long and hard about what to do as we don’t want to go down this route if we don’t have to. We’ve decided that we’re not going to do it for now, though we might need to re-think in the future, especially at busy times, and it’s great to know we’d have your support. And we’d just like to remind you again that we’re getting full – the months from April onwards are very busy so please don’t delay and get in touch as soon as you can to secure your booking.
We thought you might like to know that Jane and I are attending a Pet First Aid Course on Friday this week, run by First Aid at Work, Norfolk. We hope this will give you additional reassurance about our capability to look after your furry friends.
And on the subject of reassurance, we’ve been asked several times recently whether there is always someone on the premises, including and especially overnight. The cattery is covered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and if Pete and I are ever away, Jane stays on the premises. So in the hopefully unlikely event of an emergency, there will always be someone on site to look after your feline companions.
As ever we remain committed to giving your cats the very best care and attention. We look after them and love them all as if they were our own.
