A Few Reminders…

Dear valued customers…

 

Just to remind you that we will be closing on 6th January 2025, re-opening on Friday 21st March.  We want to do some refurbishment work including painting some of the pens, replacing flooring and generally giving the whole cattery a spruce up, and decided it would be best in the winter months when the cattery is usually quiet, to cause as little disruption as possible to your furry friends.  During this time, we’ll still be taking bookings for the rest of the year, so please do get in touch by phone or e-mail.  Just a heads up that we’ve had quite a few bookings for the summer months already so if you’re thinking about your holiday plans, let us know as soon as you can.

 

Christmas will soon be here – just 9 weeks to go!  Jane and I will be contacting all those who’ve booked to come in on 23rd December to timetable your drop offs, so we avoid car park chaos.  Please note your drop off time and stick to it as closely as possible; that will help us enormously.  And to remind you about Christmas opening hours, we’ll be closed from lunchtime on Christmas Eve, re-opening on Friday 27th December for collections only in the morning, and pickups and drop offs in the afternoon.  We’re also closed from 11 am on New Year’s Eve and on New Year’s Day.  

 

And finally, we’ll be increasing our prices from 21st March 2025, to reflect increases in energy prices and in the costs of the essentials needed to run a cattery – cat litter, food, etc.  Prices per day will be £14 for a single cat, £20 for two cats sharing, and £25 for three cats sharing.  We are competitive and know that you appreciate that we always go the extra mile for your feline companions; we hope our prices reflect this.
