A few housekeeping reminders ;) …

Dear friends, hopefully you’re enjoying the summer – it’s been a long time coming!  Rest assured that whilst your furry friends are with us, we take great care of them at all times, and when the weather is hot, we have lots of measures in place to keep them as cool as possible.

 

A few little housekeeping reminders this week.   We’ve said a few times that we are very busy for the next few months, with little capacity or wriggle room.  Please help us to serve you best by letting us know when you book whether you’ll be dropping off and picking up in the morning or afternoon.  This might seem trivial but it helps us to plan our days, and might even mean the difference between accepting or refusing a booking; if we know you’ll pick up in the morning, it gives us time to clean and set up a pen for an afternoon drop off.  If your plans change – and we know that holiday dates do change at short notice – let us know as soon as you can so we can do our best to accommodate the changes.

 

And, this last reminder is one dear to our hearts.  Please, please respect our opening times and don’t ask us to make exceptions (unless in the event of an emergency).  Our opening hours give us a bit of much-needed ‘down time’, to do human and cat food shopping and to keep on top of the many other tasks that go with running a cattery – cleaning, washing textiles, filling litter bins, managing the increasingly busy diary – the list goes on……
